This Cookie Policy explains how Yobetech Corp., operating as Coterie Athletics (“Coterie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on the Coterie Athletics website and web app (the “Website”). It forms part of our Privacy Policy, which explains more generally how we handle personal information. If this Policy and the Privacy Policy differ, the Privacy Policy applies.
1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in much the same way. They let a website recognize your device and remember information between pages and visits. In this Policy, “cookies” includes these similar technologies.
2. The Cookies We Use
We use only the cookies needed to run the Website. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or cookies that track you across other websites, and we do not use Google Analytics on the Website.

3. Cookies Set by Service Providers
Some of these cookies are set by the service providers that run parts of the Website for us:
• Google Firebase, which hosts the Website and handles sign-in; and
• Stripe, our payment processor, which may set cookies when you make a payment, to process it securely and to detect and prevent fraud.
These providers use the information only to provide their services to us, as described in Sections 4 and 5 of our Privacy Policy. They are also subject to their own privacy policies.
4. The Mobile App
The Coterie Athletics mobile app does not use browser cookies. The app’s use of Firebase Analytics and similar tools is described in Sections 2 and 3 of our Privacy Policy.
5. Your Choices
Because we use only cookies needed to run the Website, we do not ask for separate consent to them. You can still control cookies through your browser settings, where you can see, delete, or block them. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or pay on the Website.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when our use of cookies changes. If we start using cookies other than those described here, such as analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it before using them. The date at the top of this Policy shows when it was last updated.
